Land Agent, Jonathan Goode, with Southeastern Land Group came to us for a brochure/mailer to be sent a broad audience in his area. The intention of this brochure was to advertise his success in selling large properties and to draw attention to potential sellers. 

This project was so fun! We decided to go with a 11″x17″ tri-fold printed by Livestock Direct. We also chose to use Jonathan’s list of addresses and send these out as mailers and track them using MailScope to ensure he was reaching the maximum amount of his customers.

Rhonda and Allison came to us needing a whole new look for themselves personally. As realtors with the Lake brand mecleods Martin Realty Team, Rhonda and Allison wanted to stand out against the crowd. We did a photo shoot to jump start their new image and used the images in designing billboards, door hangers, post cards, email headers, and social media badges to help them stand out and look as professional as possible!

It’s always fun to help a fellow Auburn grad with their business marketing! Sarah Wilbourn and her husband – Jake, have started a booming pressure washing business, but thier company lacked visual appeal. In the beginning stages of this project, Sarah expressed her opinions and wanted some very clean and simple. “Basically think Garden & Gun kind of look,” she explained. After sending her three options, it didn’t take her long to choose the perfect logo for their business!

After the logo & branding project, we created a promotional postcard, business cards, and social media graphics for SWC. The great thing about creating the brand first, it’s super easy to create all the marketing materials for the business! We can’t wait for the next big project with SWC. Stay tuned!
